YAWN is a research project designed to help young adults improve their sleep behaviour. We give you helpful tips for how to get a better sleep, as well as goal-setting, alarms and tracking tools to monitor your progress.

You can use the YAWN app as much or as little as you like, however we hope you will use it to log your sleep and wake times every day. The anticipated benefits of regular use will be:

* improvements in sleep duration
* better fatigue management
* better sleep quality and hygiene; and
* decreased fatigue levels for young workers.
